Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  2. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible through the website.

Return Policy:

  1. Due to hygiene and personal care standards, returns/exchanges are available only for selected cases.
  2. Returns are accepted only if:
  • The product is damaged, defective, leaking, or expired
  • The wrong item was delivered
  1. If pickup service is unavailable at your location, you may need to self-ship the product to our official return address.
  2. Return/Exchange charges may apply depending on the situation.

Refund Policy:

  1. Refund requests will be accepted in case of:
  • Damaged or defective product
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Missing item in a combo order
  1. Once the returned product is received and verified, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days through the original payment method.

Important Notes for Return:

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original sealed packaging.
  • Items with broken seals, used content, or tampered packaging will not be accepted.
  • Products returned without original packaging, labels, or invoice will not be eligible.
  • For hygiene reasons, opened or used personal care products cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Return/Exchange requests raised after the specified return window (refer product page) will not be accepted.
